• All orders can be returned within 30 days of the ship date.

• Refunds are issued for the product price minus shipping and gift wrap charges.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging.

📦 How to Return a Product

1. Repack the product securely in its original packaging.

2. Send it back to the return address provided with your order.

3. Once received, your refund will be processed.

🏷️ Return Labels (US & UK)

• For customers in the U.S. and U.K., we can provide a prepaid return label.

• If you use this service, $7.95 USD will be deducted from your refund.

🚫 Non-Refundable Shipping

👃 Opened but Lightly Used Items

• ✅ If the item is lightly tested but not excessively used, you’ll receive a full refund.

💥 Damaged Items & Claims

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged:
