Q: Are your perfume samples and decants authentic?
Yes. All of our perfume samples, mini perfumes, and decanted perfumes come directly from original, brand-new retail bottles. We never sell imitations or “inspired” versions.
Q: What is a decanted perfume?
A decanted perfume is fragrance transferred from a full retail bottle into a smaller, travel-friendly atomizer. This allows you to try luxury or niche scents at an affordable price, without committing to a full bottle.
Q: What size are your samples and decants?
Our samples and travel sizes vary, but most range from 1ml to 10ml atomizers. Each product description lists the exact size so you know how many uses to expect.
Q: Can I test a fragrance before buying a full bottle?
Yes! That’s our specialty. Sampling perfumes lets you explore how the fragrance develops on your skin throughout the day before investing in a larger bottle.

Q: How long does shipping take?

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note, some countries may charge import duties or taxes upon delivery.
Q: Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Every order is shipped with tracking information, which you will receive once your package has been dispatched.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
Yes. You may return your order within 30 days of shipment for a refund (minus shipping and gift wrap charges). Items should be returned in original packaging.
Q: What if I used the perfume already?
We understand you need to try the scent. If the item is lightly tested, you’ll still receive a full refund. Excessively used products may be eligible only for a partial refund.
Q: How long will it take to get my refund?
Refunds are processed within one billing cycle after we receive your returned product.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately. Keep the packaging for five business days while we file a carrier claim, and we will send you a replacement.

Q: Do you provide gift wrapping?
Yes, gift wrap is available at checkout for an additional charge. Please note that gift wrap charges are non-refundable.
Q: Do you offer samples of every fragrance?
We do our best to carry a wide range of designer and niche fragrances. If you don’t see a scent listed, feel free to contact us — we may be able to add it.
Q: Can I order wholesale or bulk samples?
